Eliza Johnson, DNP, CPNP-PC, is a dedicated pediatric primary care nurse practitioner with a passion for providing high quality, family centered care to children of all ages. Originally from a small town in Ohio, Eliza grew up alongside her five siblings, an experience that inspired her love for working with children and supporting families.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences from The Ohio State University and worked as a radiologic tech assistant at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Inspired by the impact of primary care providers on pediatric patients, she pursued advanced nursing education at Columbia University School of Nursing, earning both her Master of Science and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees in Pediatric Primary Care.
For the past five years, Eliza has called New York City home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city, trying new restaurants, visiting museums, and spending time in the city’s parks. Her favorite children’s book is Goodnight Moon.
Eliza is committed to providing compassionate, evidence based care and believes every child and family deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported. She strives to build trusting relationships with her patients while helping families navigate each stage of their child’s growth and development.
