Spandana Nallapati, MD – Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician

Dr. Nallapati is a board certified developmental behavioral pediatrician.  She has worked in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York City, giving her a unique level of experience when it comes to obtaining services depending on the city and state. She completed her residency at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn and completed her fellowship  Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson in association with Children’s Specialized Hospital. She is also board certified in both general pediatrics. She is a member of American Academy of Pediatrics as well as Society of Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians and completed the interdisciplinary national program of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities during her fellowship.

Dr. Nallapati specializes in evaluating children with special needs, neurodivergent and differently-abled individuals including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, learning disability, various genetics syndromes such as Down’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, ADHD and autism related medication management, and general developmental delays.

Dr. Nallapati was born in India and raised by New York City. She loves sailing, scuba diving, traveling and eating foods from all cultures. She also holds a certificate in software engineering from the Grace Hopper Program. She currently travels the world on a sailboat with her husband.

Dr. Nallapati does not accept insurances at this stage.
